OUR PASTURE

Our ground is rich and our pasture thick.  A mix of natives and improved pasture that hasn't seen chemicals in over 20 years.  

We manage our pasture for soil health and nutrition for the animals who graze them.

With a combination of chickens, cows, sheep and horses, our pastures are managed from weeds and rich in compost.

OUR CHICKENS

Our chickens have access to rich pasture from daybreak to sunset, in a securely fenced area of our farm.

they have more room than they care to utilise and we have planted fodder trees for shelter, protection and nutrition.

Our hens are protected and pampered by roosters and they live in happy, peaceful surrounds with a secure night time roost,

OUR EGGS

Our eggs come from a happy flock of chickens who spend as much of their daylight hours on our specially grown high protein pasture.

Our eggs have a nice hard shell and beautiful bright yellow yolks.  They taste delicious.

OUR PASTA

Hand made by our chef, using Pure Pastured eggs, we offer a range of specialty pastas, raviolis and gnocci.

From Casareccia and Fusilii, to Spinach or Pumpkin and Ricotta Ravioli to delicious Gnocci, you can be sure that a quick and nutritious meal is always at hand.

Fresh made weekly, order on Monday, delivered by Friday.
